Jay is an absolute professional whom made me feel very happy I stopped here. He went out of his way to greet me, answer all my random questions, make me feel important and offered me two free waters. He was a very delightful person to encounter today as my day was long with travel. You have a great employee whom deserves a raise and Christmas bonus. Dont lose this gem! Way to go Jay! I was moving across the country and mistakenly left a item of great sentimental value. I called and spoke with Cindy at the front desk and she was the most helpful person I have ever spoken to! She was able to find the item and set it up to mail it back to me at my new home. Incredible customer service and I couldn’t be happier with her and the hotel!

This place is well ran, at least from a customer's perspective. This has been my third time to stay here and each tome has been pleasant. Clean, coffee always available. Fresh cookies daily. Mainly, the staff (all vovations) are always working, laughing and enjoying thier work. Thank you for always making me feel welcome.

We enjoyed this hotel so much we booked another stay there! Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I loved the squeeze soap right by the sink. These days I have to stick my hands in the shower to get to the body wash when I'm washing my hands. This was better; the lotion was nice too. Very comfortable room. They have a pool table downstairs and some fun little sitting pods we enjoyed. The breakfast area was huge and well stocked right down to the "wave your hand" atomatic pancake maker. I was a bit confused by the fact that half the building was labeled for the TRU hotel and the other half was Home2 Suites but the check in email that was sent allowed me to choose my room and sent me a key so I never really even had to stop at the desk. Very efficient, loved it.

Not bad for a quick stay. If you are working in the area for longer than a week, maybe stay no longer than two weeks. The breakfast is the same, daily with no surprises. There are no stoves/ovens in the rooms. Just a microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge.

I had the queen double bed room. The bed & pillow were so comfortable. The rooms were nice. The lobby area was a great place to hangout. Plenty of room to spread out. Kid friendly environment. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because the breakfast. It wasn’t anything worth getting out of bed for.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The amenities were fun, like the pool table and putting green. The breakfast area was very well kept and the selection was great. The coffee was fresh. My family of 7 will definitely be staying here again!

I transport items all over the country so basically stay in a hotel every night. Will save this location for future stays. Very clean, quiet and good location. Not really full kitchen as no stove or cook top so microwave cooking only. Regulator in shower head gives out horrible water pressure so if your in a hurry take some pots of water in wit you.
